At Vixen Brand, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
